Shipping
Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Shipping times vary by item. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different locations.
Books
We partner with Lulu to print our puzzle books. Books purchased will need to be printed and bound before they are shipped to you. Their normal production times are 3-5 business days.
Books are sent through the U.S. Postal Service and may take 5-10 business days to arrive after they are printed.
Other items
We partner with Printful for our t-shirts, mugs, notebooks, and other products. The estimated shipping time for these products is 4-10 business days. They are usually shipped via the U.S.P.S.
We only ship within the United States. International customers may purchase our puzzle books through Amazon.
Shipping prices are set by our suppliers and may be subject to change.

Refunds and Returns
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Do not contact us for lost items until after the estimated delivery date.
